LED light guide film

If you have prepared LEDs and overlay by youselves, Elecflex can provide a light guide film(LGF) for you. Light Guide Films(0.15~5mm) are unique using Semiconductor technology to print the very small (20 to 50 micron dia.) micro-lens arrays that redirect light out of the films(high transmittance polycarbonate film or PMMA plate) only where it is needed. In most keypad applications, side-firing LEDs are applied as light source, which bring you uniform lights by reflecting inside the light guide film. Even the metal domes or conductive pads cannot block the lights. LGF solution is now considered the most popular and cost-effective backlight solution. The thickness we can do is 0.5mm~5mm(integrate the light diffuser layer).
